Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current at the time the order is placed. Amazon Outdoors may alter, add to or delete from these terms and conditions without notice. You are advised to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

Orders

Amazon Outdoors may vary prices in the event of either price changes, price errors or errors made by suppliers.

All orders placed through this web site are accepted subject to confirmation by Amazon Outdoors. Where the goods are either no longer available, or not currently available you will be notified by Amazon Outdoors as soon as possible. If a product ordered is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible advising you of estimated waiting time or alternate product.

Amazon Outdoors reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers or distributors.

Delivery

The most accurate way of obtaining a delivery charge for items you wish to purchase is to place your items in your basket and proceed to check-out, this will give you a delivery charge for your area. Prices are only valid for deliveries within Australia. For international freight charges please email sales@amazonoutdoors.com.au for a quote on charges – please include you wish list and address.

Note - Direct bank deposits can take up to 3 working days to clear. Goods will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared.

Amazon Outdoors Delivery charges for popular items:

Rods – All rods are $15, any quantity

Reels – Most reels are $10, Game reels are $15-$20 depending on size, any quantity

Lures – Small lures and soft plastics are $6.50 – gulp alive tubs and bigger lures are $10, any quantity

Line - Small spools $6.50, large bulk spools $10-$15, any quantity

Tents – Range from $15 up

Delivery fees may vary according to delivery area and products purchased.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order on the date requested. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Amazon Outdoors to be authorised to receive the goods.

We require proof of delivery, if no one is home at the time of delivery a note will be left in your mail box to contact the courier. Smaller goods will be left at your local post office, a note will also be left in your mail box to advising you to collect goods at the post office.

Once the goods are delivered to you, or an authorised representative, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they become lost or damaged.

Complaints must be made, within 4 business days of delivery, to the Amazon Outdoors head office, either by telephone, email or fax. Phone 02 9757 4466

GST

The prices displayed on this website include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). This website has been intended for use by Australian residents only. If you are wishing to place an order to an address outside of Australia please contact us at sales@amazonoutdoors.com.au

Payment

Payment may be made through the payment section of this web site, or at the time of demonstration for customers within the Amazon Outdoors store. Methods of payment acceptable before delivery are restricted to:

• Secure Comm Bank payment through Visa, MasterCard or American Express
• Bank cheque payable to Amazon Outdoors
• Cash for personal shoppers only. (DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL)
• Direct deposit

Payment upon delivery is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Any goods provided which do not match the description and specification on our web site may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange for the specified item with a price adjustment where the exchanged item differs in price from the item supplied.

Any goods which fail during the manufacturer’s warranty period may be returned for replacement or repair according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Where goods supplied are in no way defective but the purchaser decides that they no longer want the item, consideration will be given on a case by case basis of an appropriate exchange or credit, return of goods will be at the cost of the purchaser.

Privacy

Amazon Outdoors will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order, unless you have indicated that this information may be passed to other parties.

Liability

Any liability of Amazon Outdoors in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Amazon Outdoors be limited to:

i. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
ii. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
