Warranties & Returns

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us and we will advise you on the best course of action. All products will have at least a 12month warranty, some products may have extended warranty up to 10 years. A few fishing rod suppliers use an expediter warranty, meaning that if you break your rod you will be charged a fee when making a claim, this is out of our control.  Note: All manufacture warranties are for faulty workmanship and/or materials. Any product that has been mistreated, misused, storm damaged or failed due to fair wear and tear may not be covered under warranty. Once contact has been made with us we will advise on the best way to get the product returned. All returned goods will need to be cleaned (if used) packaged up the same way as if it was new, to avoid further damage in transit. All manufactures have different process`s for claiming warranty, some may take up to 4 weeks by the time the goods arrive here and are sent back to the manufacturer. Try and make yourself familiar with these situations if possible so as not to be disappointed to find that something is not covered at a later date.


What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?

You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from Amazon Outdoors. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Amazon Outdoors will refund the product cost only. All postage fees incurred will be your responsibility.
